Bio

Dana James is a triple certified nutritionist and founder of Food Coach NYC (www.foodcoachnyc.com) a nutrition consultancy practice in Flatiron. Born in Australia, educated in Europe and now residing in New York, Dana brings a fusion of global nutrition philosophies to her practice. She loves to cook and eat and is an advocate of clean sustainable eating (as is everyone these days). You're just as likely to see Dana downing a green juice as you are throwing back a glass of champagne. She is all about balance and having fun with food.

Dana has appeared on PIX, The Today Show, Good Morning America and the Martha Stewart Living Show. Dana is in constant pursuit of the latest advances in nutritional science. She brings the next generation in nutrition to NY. Dana is currently studying for her fellowship in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Her background in functional medicine enables her clients to achieve all aspects of wellness from cosmetic (leaner body, ageless skin) to medical (lower cholesterol, alleviation of depression). Dana's technical knowledge is complemented by her down-to-earth and often humorous approach to nutrition. Dana's client base includes models, actors, CEO's and anyone wanting to look and feel their best.
