Jason comprises one half of Lanyard & Grandelli, a top producing real estate brokerage partnership at Prudential Douglas Elliman. In less than 6 years Jason has amassed an impressive portfolio of transactions and, more notably, a supremely loyal client following which runs the gamut from hedge fund CEOs to fashion icons. His brokerage style is highly analytical and his success is derived from his almost encyclopaedic knowledge of recent selling values in any given location, property, and price point. Together with Nicole Grandelli he sells apts as far north as harlem and as far south as the financial district; the lack of specialization is in fact his specialty. Jason is a graduate of Princeton University.
