Bio

I prefer to think of myself as a residential real estate agent in Manhattan with a blogging problem, rather than as a blogger with a day job that gets in the way. The blog is Manhattan Loft Guy, where I have been publicly observing, comparing and collecting lofts since 2006. I am quite proud to publish the only open collection of downtown Manhattan loft transactions. Proud of this, too: Curbed called me "one of the finest and most honest broker-bloggers the NYC real estate industry has produced to date". An Associate Broker with The Corcoan Group in Soho, but I don't speak for Corcoran; read the disclaimer about that.
