Thomas Pryor explores Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood where he grew up and still lives. Fourteen of his forty-two Yorkville: Stoops to Nuts stories (his completed memoir & first book) have been published in The New York Times, Mr. Beller's Neighborhood, A Prairie Home Companion, Opium Magazine Online, Underground Voices Magazine, New York Press, Our Town, West Side Spirit, Ducts and Thomas Beller's Anthology, Lost and Found: Stories from New York.   http://yorkvillestoopstonuts.blogspot.com/ his flourishing blog is listed in The New York Times Blog Roll; his newspaper column runs in Our Town and The West Side Spirit. Thomas curates a storytelling show at Cornelia Street Café, and his internet radio show is featured on the Centanni Broadcasting Network.  Last year, Thomas appeared on PBS’s acclaimed nostalgic TV series, “Baseball: A New York Love Story,” and Our Town newspaper ran a front-page lead story on his work, blog and radio show. Thomas co-produced storytelling shows at Cornelia Street Café and Maxwell’s in Hoboken. Recently, he appeared on "This American Life," on public radio.
