Bio

Born and raised in Australia, I have lived in New York City for over a decade and today call Tribeca "home" with my husband and two daughters, Chloe and Natasha. And while I worked in banking for over 13 years, throughout that time I dreamed of starting my own business.

After a lot of research - and familial influence (my sister-in-law is a child psychologist and I come from a big family... one of four siblings with six nieces and nephews! ) along came Citibabes in 2005, a lifestyle club for NYC families in Soho, with educational and enrichment classes for children and their grown-ups. Since then, we've added another club in Scarsdale, NY, as well as our online magazine, CitiScoop - what we like to call the insiders' guide to modern parenting. 

Raising children - especially in New York City - can be challenging. We just hope to provide a little slice of sanity out there for parents to start a conversation... and create a community.
