Located in the beautiful, growing neighborhood of West Harlem, Covo Trattoria & Pizzeria tries to keep things simple. They offer the most delicious and authentic Italian food for you, your family, and your friends. At Covo, everything is made from classic Italian recipes, following time-honored Italian traditions, yet allowing the menu and taste to evolve with the times.
They know that you will love their homemade pastas, breads, sauces, and Covo's cheesy Italian pizzas made right in their very own brick oven, but more importantly, they hope to fill your spirits with a genuine, savory and hearty experience.
Covo Trattoria & Pizzeria is proud to offer a brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring a new prix fixe menu.

There are very few restaurants/lounges/bars where you feel…part of something bigger, part of a family. My good friend invited me with her to Covo one night and I instantly became a regular. I LOVE pizza and pasta and this place has the best pizza and pasta... The best part of Covo is the amazing bartenders. Rolo, in particular is my favorite. He is sweet and kind and caters to my every need. All I have to do is walk in and say "what should I eat?" and he literally chooses the perfect entree and cocktail for me! [Covo] is possibly the best Italian in NYC. Food and prices are absolutely outstanding. I am Italian from NJ so I have a pretty high standard[s] when it comes to Italian food but this place never disappoints. Everything from the bread and dip (awesome) to pasta dishes to pizza are top notch. Lived in the area for a few years and always go back…always worth the trip. Thank you oh so much Covo, for a great birthday experience. I've been here for brunch a few times, and every time, it does not disappoint. The food is great, and so is the price: $15.95 brunch includes meal, drink and coffee plus, the service and atmosphere is awesome. For my birthday, I decided to do brunch, started out with what I thought was 15 people, but when more came they had no problem accommodating us. I absolutely love this place and will keep on returning! – Yesenia F.
