Downtown Dance Factory is Tribeca’s first comprehensive dance center.  Located in the heart of Tribeca at Broadway & Reade, Downtown Dance Factory offers classes to kids aged two through teens in jazz, hip hop, tap, ballet, lyrical, as well as musical theater from TADA!  While boys are welcome in all classes, Downtown Dance Factory offers a special boys hip hop program to cater to the growing number of boys lookin' to bust a move!  In addition to kids classes, Downtown Dance Factory offers adult classes almost every morning in our signature Jazz/Hip Hop Fusion, Zumba and Cardio Hip Hop! 

Weekends at Downtown Dance Factory are always busy with birthday parties in all sorts of dance styles and fun themes.  From Ballerina Princess and Fairy parties to Birthday Star and Block Party Jams run by our resident DDF b-boys and b-girls, parties at Downtown Dance Factory are always a blast!   Always popular are DDF's disco parties, complete with disco ball and party games -  a hit everytime!  Parties start at 3 years old.

During the summer, Downtown Dance Factory also runs its successful summer program, consisting of week-long sessions for preschool and elementary aged girls and boys.  The program offers a wide range of dance and performing arts related options, including classes in jazz, hip hop, modern/lyrical, tap, breaking, improvisation, musical theater and craft / costume-making.  The program runs weekly during July.
