About Dr. Michael Aziz

Becoming a “perfect 10” is about achieving perfect health through a diet and lifestyle designed to balance the 10 key hormones that directly impact health and weight. It is neither a low-fat diet, nor a low-carb diet.

Michael Aziz, MD, is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a former attending physician at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. He now maintains a private practice on Madison Avenue. He is the founder and director of Midtown Integrative Medicine, a practice that focuses on traditional, alternative, and complementary medicine, and he is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

He has been featured on many television and radio shows and has appeared as a speaker before prestigious national and international groups. Aziz's "perfect 10" diet is a unique, science-based approach to nutritional balance for stabilizing hormone levels.

Dr. Aziz has personally worked with more than a thousand patients who lost an average of 10 to 14 pounds in the first three weeks on the diet, without feeling hungry, and showed remarkable improvement in the markers for heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes and overall health.
