As a child growing up, Azure Rae lived and breathed the gym. The athleticism and activeness sparked an interest in her – the strength and precision required from her body enamored and inspired her and she began to love training.
Azure Rae joined Equinox's training program and began formally working with personal training clients. She was certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and as her business grew in the gym, her clients began referring her to their spouses and friends who wanted to work with her. After certifying with the American Counsel on Exercise, Azure Rae also worked with NY Sports Club as a training manager and got the chance to not only work with her own clients, but to also educate other trainers on proper training techniques and how to build a work out plan. Needless to say, all of this has culminated in nearly 15 years of experience and a plethora of clients.
Azure Rae’s love of one-on-one training, of tailoring each and every workout to an individual's goal excites and inspires her and she brings her enthusiasm for fitness into her clients' lives. She believes that when your body builds itself up physically, it brings forth energy, and that energy helps you accomplish more and feel better about yourself.

Azure Rae also offers many services that include fitness evaluations where height, weight, blood pressure, measurements, body composition, flexibility, endurance, strength and core stability will all be tested and measured, nutritional counselling, a personalized exercise plan followed and results tracked as well as weekend activities.
