Steve Sweat, one of NYC's most renowned personal trainers, has been in some sort of physical activity his entire life, whether it be soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, volleyball, track and field or even stickball. Throughout his childhood, Steve, along with friends and family members, struggled with weight problems. Always up for challenge and adventure, this motivated him to become a fitness professional with a core philosophy grounded in inner strength and a belief that real strength comes from deep within.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Steve successfully trains a diverse clientele ranging from models and actresses to corporate professionals, seniors, and former military personnel. Steve currently conducts training in Chelsea, and enjoys working within this tight-knit fitness community.
