About Uskudar Turkish Restaurant
Uskudar, a quaint Yorkville mainstay, aims to recreate authentic Turkish food as it is found in Turkey by combining the freshest of ingredients with simple recipes that have withstood the taste test of time. Each of their dishes is prepared with special care as they prefer quality over quantity.
The recipes are the works of the chef Ibrahim OZDEMIR. There are more than 20 starters to choose from and they will all amaze you when served by Uskudar's friendly staff. So much food comes to your table you'll have enough to take home to continue your trip through history to the Ottoman Empire.
