Thursday’s "Spare Times" events Listings in The New York Times mentions the upcoming speech and presentation at the Brooklyn Historical Society. I look forward to meeting the fascinating people who have been reading my articles about Colonial New York and other colonial places and ancestors. It will be a fun evening, especially now that we have seen Kate Middleton’s coat of arms this week, and I will, for the first time, discuss publicly my own official coat of arms, granted by the Queen. Lots of cultural events this week and next.
