This is not just your average merry-go-round. Jane's Carousel in Brooklyn, located in an elaborate pavilion in Brooklyn Bridge Park, sets the bars really high when it comes to riding horses and beautifully carved chariots.
Originally designed by Pritzker Prize-winning French architect Jean Nouvel, this magnificent hand carved carousel will have you and the kids feeling like you belong in your favorite fairy tale.
Jane Walentas has hand scraped old paint and administered repairs to reveal its original carvings, colors and design.
With two newly charmed chariots, 48 hand carved horses and 3 row machines, this swanky carousel is the perfect place to take your little ones for a spectacular day of fun for only $2 per person. A fairy tale dream come true.
This fantastic experience is open for you to enjoy from November 6 to April 5, Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m to 6 p.m. So hop on and let these beautiful gallopers take you for a ride!
