Friends of the High Line

Oh the joy of Monday. Forget trying to find creative expletives for that spilled coffee on your way to work and start figuring out your plans for the week. But hey, at least you got to attend the Chelsea Music Festival this weekend. Are you also suffering from Weiner-overload? Fret not, there are plenty of activities to avoid the media hoopla – ones that doesn't require increasing the volume on your iPod.

Head to the West Chelsea Arts Building for the exhibit Terras do Fim do Mundo as the exhibit explores the world of Angola. Grab your camera and get cultured.

Then on Wednesday, get wild at the High Line as the Friends of the High Line will host nature-based activities for children including painting butterflies and going on a bug hunt.

Looking for your next outfit for the weekend? It doesn't get better than the 50% off all Ted Baker clothing for both men and women.

For the Kate Moss fans, inspiring nudists that aren't over 70 years old, or for someone who simply loves photography, Danziger Projects continues their Kate Moss Portfolio. Semi-nude to full nude photos of supermodel Kate Moss will be in display for the exhibit. Shots from famed photographers Bruce Weber, Mario Testino and Annie Liebovitz and other world leading photophers will be in display.

Yet another summer week in Chelsea.
