Senses are the physiological methods of perception. They are all important to us, so why not indulge all five of them in one night? That's what we did three times previously at my “Feasts for All Five Senses” parties, free after work events that feature art, music & fashion along with free chair massages, drink promotions and samples of aromatherapy products. This coming Friday, we’ll add a new dimension with free psychic readings by Allison, The Rock Girl, creating our all new, “Feast For All SIX Senses!”
The location will be Taj Lounge, a beautiful club on 21st Street between 5th & 6thAvenues and will feature an acoustic performance by two 70s rock stars, Ian Lloyd, lead singer of “Stories” and John Ford of “The Strawbs”. Ian, a regular on my radio show, will be performing his number one hit; “Brother Louie” and John will entertain the crowd with “Strawbs” classics like “Part of The Union” and “Heavy Disguise”. In addition, they will perform a number of covers including a great rendition of the Beatles classic, “If I Needed Someone”.
The event will also feature a fashion show by Decotach. A creation of well-known bellydancer Noora Lambrau, this company is a true dance-fashion innovator. Let’s see what’s new with Decotach in this fourth annual event!
For the holistically conscious, the night will also feature free chair massages by New York State licensed massage therapists, Karen Yanco and Fuad Osceola and aromatherapy products courtesy of Robin Mansfield and her company, Goddess of Eden.
Rounding out the night will be a drink promotion sponsored by Hennessey Black and an appearance by CBS-FM with lots of giveaways. Our Feast for All SIX Senses will be a fun and exciting experience. Come join us and stimulate your senses!
