Coming to a loading dock near you - coffee!

But not just any coffee, this is Blue Bottle Coffee, home of perhaps the most theatrical coffeemaker you've ever seen. The San Francisco coffee maker is opening its newest shop on the ground floor of Milk Studios in Chelsea, the Times reports.

It's their seventh location nationwide, but the first in Manhattan. The front of the store is a coffee bar with high-tech equipment to squeeze out every drop of flavor for customers: a Strada (for cappuccinos, Gibraltars and other espresso drinks), filter cones (coffee is brewed one cup at a time) and cold-brewers (for iced coffee, of course).

In the back you'll find six stools in front of a large piece of Carrera marble where coffee is made to order on a siphon or a nel drip.

While siphon coffee is most often made with an open flame, Blue Bottle uses special brass-trimmed halogen burners that can be adjusted instantly and accurately.
