Stick & Pop Opening!

Here are some pics I took when I stopped by the opening party for Stick & Pop, a new shop in Chelsea (233 West 19th St. b/w 7th and 8th Ave.) specializing in cake pops. That’s right, they have 12 different flavors of cake pops (including Birthday Cake, Darling, and That’s Dark) that can be purchased individually by walk-ins and they also do catering and special events. I’m curious to see if cake pops will be able to attain anything close to the popularity that cupcakes and macarons have been enjoying in the city. So let’s all wish good luck to Stick & Pop!
