It's that time of year again. The sun is out, and the streets are flooded with people. Of course, when the weather is nice, the city is also buzzing with things to do, and this season, seniors can kick back into action with a special early 2012 session of Senior HeART at The Houston Street Center, University Settlement.
The session features health, education and community based programs for adults age 50 and over. HeART stems from the interactive and developmental programs that the session centers around including Health, Art, Recreation and Technology.
For those who register early, there is a 2012 special package that you can take advantage of, which includes six courses for an 8-week period, for as low as $100. Scholarships are also available and if you sign up for this special package for all five sessions in 2012, you can get the same package in Winter 2013 for free!
