Earlier this month, it was noted that Momofuku pioneer Daving Cheng and French Culinary Insitute director of technology Dave Arnold had a collaboration in the works.
Their collaboration has officially arrived in the East Village under the name Booker and Dax, according to Thrillist.
Taking the place of the original Milk Bar, the latest technological installation of the Momofuku Empire will offer exciting drinks in a futuristic atmosphere.
Even cooler than the drinks is how they're each made.
Many drinks use a Red Hot Poker, which heats up piping tipples to 1500'F degrees before stabbing them with their alcoholic finish.
Others use the Carbonated, which follows a hand-pumping process in a fizzifying shaker.
You definitely won't leave thinking you wasted your night, but you might leave feeling a little wasted.
