All-you-can-eat roasted pig and bottomless beer for a night? Count us in! Wined and Dined tells us on Thursday that Daniel Boulud’s DBGB Kitchen & Bar is now offering a whole hog dinner with all-you-can-drink craft beer for up to 8 guests for $450, plus tax and tip. Just give them three days’ notice and Chef Jim Leiken will stuff a whole Pennsylvania Green Village Farms applewood smoked and roasted pig with house made sausage and serve it up family style with swiss chard, gruyere and potato gratin, red and white sauerkraut and truffled corn on the cob. Plus – unlimited beer selected by house sommelier Hayley Jensen. What more could you want on a night out with friends?
