After fixing its 69 problems, Jay-Z's 40/40 Club is back in business.
40/40 was shut down by the Department of Health after racking up 69 violation points only a day following its star-studded reopening, showcasing its $10 million makeover.
Ron Berkowitz, a rep for 40/40, said one of the refrigerator engines blew right before DOH inspectors showed up, causing temperatures to rise past acceptable levels, reports BET.
Berkowitz said the kitchen staff noticed the problem immediately and never intended on using the lukewarm food. Repairs were made by noon the next day.
The club didn't lose any business from the violations, but its health grade is now pending.
