The British are renowned for their theatre, especially when Shakespeare is involved. On Sunday, June 26 at 2 p.m, you can watch a performance of Shakespeare's Macbeth at the British Royal Opera without ever living the city.
The Morgan Library and Museum will be screeming the play in high definition. The play stars Simon Keenlyside as Macbeth in this tragic tale, with music by the Royal Opera House. This is the latest of similar screenings in which the Morgan Library and Museum is conducting in partnership with Emerging Pictures. Tickets are $22.
