Every seven minutes, a child is bullied. Aggressors are usually known for preying on the weak and unattended and bullying can happen anywhere. While some may believe that bullying only takes place in adolescent groups, it is also a big concern with adults.
Adult-to-Adult bullying can occur through taunting in the workplace or on the street by a complete stranger. The main issue with most adult bullying cases, is that they often lead to unwanted physical contact, leading the person attacked no choice but to defend themselves.

Here are a couple of things to keep in mind when training.
- Warm up for 15-20 minutes and start slow by running in place, jumping jacks, body motions, standing stretching, and active release from head to toes.
- Avoid fights, understand your opponent, watch face, see pain, sense aggression, identify strength, power, kinds of strikes, react. Ask, what is the attacker's power? Is attacker bluffing? React to win, but don't humiliate your attacker; honor your opponent, and win with respect.
- When approaching for close contact with your opponent, be sure that on punches and kicks do not extend to 100 percent, which could cause injury and hyperextended joints. Only 98 percent extentions are best.
- Be sure to keep muscles strong through motion and flex strongly at the time of impact.
- Hands lead first, then body. You should pay attention to your body's full motion.
- Train with continuous motion, no stopping between techniques, and pay attention to how you finish each technique.
