She was inspired to help others after her own struggle with weight gain, dealing with emotional overeating and a bad body image. When she was about to hit rock bottom, she finally began listening to her body and began adapting her food and lifestyle choices accordingly.
Since then, Jena has been helping women listen to their own bodies to fit into that perfect dress, feel beautiful in their own skin without the need for diets or deprivation. Her teachings follow natural techniques in the form of seminars, workshops, online programs, videos and private coaching.
