Once a year, Georges Duboeuf releases his new Beaujolais Nouveau with great fanfare at a series of unique celebrations. This year, you can be part of it. Celebrate Nouveau this Wednesday at Stage 37 from 10:00pm to 1:30am. There will be a midnight uncorking honoring the annual third Thursday in November release of the new bottles, an exhibit of the ‘Be Heard’ art contest winners, an art show featuring local artist Kaves who designed this year’s labels, music provided by DJ ADM and DJ Small Change, and complimentary food. And of course, wine.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Citymeals-on-Wheels to help feed NYC’s communities.
Stage 37 is located at 508 West 37th Street, bet. 10th and 11th Avenues. The celebration runs from 10pm on Wednesday November 16 to 1:30am on Thursday Novemeber 17. Tickets are available in advance here.
