The Steuben Parade and World Yacht is bringing Maifest to New York by transforming Pier 81 into a biergarten. Maifest on the Hudson is kicking off from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, in celebration of Germany's Maifest (Oktoberfest for the spring).
Along with German Paulaner brews, including their hefeweizen and Hacker-Pschorr Munich Gold, foods like German sausages and Bratwursts will be served. There's going to be German entertainment as well, including Alpine Squeeze and a traditional dance performed by Schlierachtler Stamm. Attendees will also choose the new Miss German American.
Tickets are $15, $20 with the cruise and kids can get on the cruise for $5.
