The only thing that children really care about is simply having a good time! They want to run around, play sports, and interact with other children. Parents on the other hand have a different idea of what is important in their child's life. For them, any program that their child participates in should be stimulating physically, socially and cognitively.
With funFit Kids children participate in an interactive sports program that while encourages participation, also focuses on the importance of progressive learning through repetition.
Children are taught fundamental skills that they can use throughout their lifetime, such as motor-function, healthy-living, and good sportsmanship. While the program alone has outstanding benefits, it is the team behind funFit Kids that propels the program to success.
It is impossible for just anyone to be a coach at funFit Kids, as the program only hires those staff members who fit all the strict requirements. Potential coaches are required to have a background in either Kinesiology, Childhood Development, and/or have worked with children at some point in their lives.
All staff members are subjected to a thorough police screening for working with children and must be certified in both First Aid and CPR. Parents can rest easy knowing that their child is in capable hands with coaches monitoring and supervising children on a regular basis throughout the program. The funFit curriculum, methodology, philosophy, protocols, and safety measures are all instilled in each coach.
With a highly trained staff, funFit Kids has the ability to encourage and build the fundamentals that are important in motor-function development.
