Come support the local, independent films that would usually fall through the mainstream crack, next week at the Big Apple Film Festival.
Jessie Eisenberg, indie-celebrity, commented on the importance of the festival, saying these are, "..films that you hope people will get to see but worry that they won't be able to." The festival has also been named one of "25 Festivals Worth The Entry Fee" by Movie Maker Magazine.
The festival, taking place at Tribeca Cinemas from November 1-6, will feature specialty selected films, interactive panel discussions with industry professionals from the film community, networking events and parties.
Festival-goers can expect to rub elbows with other cinema-lovers and maybe even meet a celebrity. Past celebrity attendees include actor Zoe Lister Jones, Emmy-nominated actor and director Alan Cumming and actor Aaron Sanford.
