The 8th annual New York Bulgarian Film Festival kicks off Tuesday, Feb. 21 through Sat. Feb. 25 at the world-renowned Tribeca Cinemas. The film fest brings of recent Bulgarian films to New York City. For the first time, this year's events will be presented by So Independent Film Festival - a festival dedicated to the American independent film in South East Europe. This year's films include Tilt, The Island and N 1, to name a few. All screenings begin at either 7 p.m., 9 p.m. or 9:15 p.m. Click here for tickets.
After a painstaking selection process, Soho Photo Gallery has announced the winners of its Small Works National Competition! There are 61 of them, so they're not all listed here, but you can see their work exhibited from February 8 to March 3 at Soho Photo Gallery. The competition originated with the idea of preserving an appreciation for small works in a time when larger-than-life tableaus tend to dominate the photography world.

Join Citibabes for an exciting Presidents Day workshop as they celebrate George Washington's birthday!
