To book Tribeca Rooftop for your event, your process will start with your initial first appointment to see the space and meet with a sales representative to discuss your special day. Your sales representative will then construct a personalized proposal with menu and pricing information. The date you are interested in can be placed on hold for you for up to seven business days at no obligation, and if you wish to book the date, your sales representative will prepare the contract accordingly. After your contract and deposit is returned within seven business days, you can decide on a band or musical entertainment, and a photographer or videographer for your wedding. Vendors are also permitted to schedule appointments to visit the site.
Afterwards, your sales representative will give you a wedding checklist or event checklist to be filled out along the way as your wedding is planned. Your sales representative will arrange a "final" appointment at least two weeks prior to your wedding, as well as finalize your menu and other details.
