Train brisket-ly.
The 2nd-annual "Brisket King of NYC" challenge is coming to Santos Party House, according to Thrillist.
The competition will include over 10 meat-masters presenting variations on the BBQ classic, as well as four hours of unlimited drinks for non-cooks.
Judges include Ed Koch's personal chef and a "Food Networks Special Events guy."
Wash it all down with a drink selection curted by Modern Distillery Age, including 5-6 boozes plus craft brews like Ommegang Witte & Brooklyn Blast IPA.

The "Brisket King of NYC" challenge will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on February 27th.
Tickets will cost $55 but there's limited tickets available so act fast!
