New York Magazine gives us the scoop on Compose, a new trendy restaurant that places 2010’s dining trends into one place. According to Eater, the restaurant’s opening is scheduled for Friday, December 3. The main theme of the restaurant is limited high-end counter dining in front of Compose's chef Nick Curtin, a la Momofuko Ko. Compose seats 10 people a night at $100-$150 a head. The rest of the 20 seats in the restaurant are available to the public, with reservations, serving $15 ‘dialogue based cocktails.’ The most fun will be choosing your drink from Compose's iPad wine list.
