Not sure why they call it Fat Tuesday? Well, that doesn't matter - Cheesey Saturday and Sunday should become a new phenomenon.
Openhouse Gallery is hosting a two-day pop-up designed to pay homage to the underappreciated sandwich, the grilled cheese, on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25-26 from 1-7 p.m. each day.
Let the fromage begin as participants include Murray's, Big Daddy's, Casellula, Little Muenster, Lucy's Whey, Melt Shop, and Tartinery each making their own take on Grilled Cheese.
Tickets are $25.
