Tired of watching amped up DVDs featuring perfect models, with perfect bodies, telling you to step it up and sweat and shake some kind of phalic-looking weight? Say goodbye to the, what seems to be endless workout, and those extra pounds with Exerblast! The high-tech obstacle course, new to TriBeCa as of June, gives users a workout with a twist.
Located in a 6,400-square-foot space, the area offers a rotating rock wall, instability balls to run over, and an area to chase beams of lights. We bet you haven't tried that on your DVDs.
Exerblast was originally designed for 5 to 12-year-olds, but was promoted to a grown-up facility with a children's center inside.
