Technology is constantly advancing with the creation of the latest in iPhone's, 3D televisions and Photoshop enhancements. There is truly no limits to the possibilities of digital media. In this day and age it is not uncommon to see a young child walking around with a cell phone playing the newest video game. It seems like technology-free activities have become a thing of the past.
Introducing children to the wonders of technology-free crafts, Torly Kid is honored to bring back their Silhouette Portraits event on Sunday, March 4 at 11 a.m.
Using nothing but tiny shears, silhouette artist Erik Johnson cuts out each unique likeness from paper for simply fascinating silhouette portraitures. All silhouettes will be done on the spot and copies can be made for an additional cost. These are perfect gifts for upcoming events like Mother's Day, and even make for a great wedding favor.
This is a very popular Torly Kid event, so be sure to book your appointment soon! Tickets cost $25 per child without the cost of optional framing. Duplicate portraits can be purchased for $15.
To sign up for this event call (212) 406-7440.
