You may not know what that phrase is asking right now, but once you sign up for an Italian language or cultural program with Collina Italiana you will be able to answer that question with, "Si, vorrei imparare a parlare Italiano" – Yes, I would love to learn to speak Italian!

Winter Session #3 will run from February 13 to April 21 as your opportunity to embrace the language and culture of everything Italian, right in New York City.

Courses are offered both on and off-site by appointment for those individuals who are looking to discover the Italian culture. Collina Italiana classes offer a unique opportunity for people to embrace a comprehensive learning experience.

Classes consist of 10 Italian language 2-hour courses for $450 or 10 classes and one wine tasting class for $520.

The Language Intensive Workshop is available through February 16 for beginners from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Intermediate classes will begin on March 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Language classes can be started mid-season or at any time not specified on the schedule.

From February 16 through March 8 (7 to 8:30 p.m.) take part in four 90 minute Survival Kit classes for $190. This is the perfect class for travelers who plan on visiting Italy and need to learn basic conversation skills before departing. Learn how to introduce yourself, ask for information, reserve a hotel and book a restaurant.

Collina Italiana has classes for any individual interested in learning about and speaking Italian. There will also be a special screening of “La prima cosa bella” by Paolo Virzi’ on Feb. 24th at 6:30pm so visit www.collinaitaliana.com for more information!
