Con man and celebrity money manager Kenneth Starr is infmaous as the well known ringer in a Ponzi scheme surrounding the apartment complex Lux 74.

Now Starr’s lavish and luxurious triplex is now heading for auction. According to Curbed, Starr paid over $7.6 million for the apartment, but now abdicated the place as part of his resitution agreement.

The sumptuous townhouse-style triplex contains five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wet bar, a sauna, a banquet room, and a 1,500-square foot yard. Reports indicate that the apartment will be up for auction on February 29. Potential bidders will need a $1 million letter of credit to make a unit inspection appointment, and bidders also need a $250,000 cashier check to register for the auction.
