Event Details: Fri Mar 9, 2012 - 8:00pm at Beacon Theater ( 2124 Broadway at W. 74th St. )

Don't go wastin' time no more and get your tickets to the Allman Brothers Band when they return for their annual concerts at the Beacon Theatre from March 9-25.

It's going to be good clean fun when the band celebrates their 40th anniversary of their ionic 1972 live album, Eat a Peach. They're calling 2012 "The Year of the Peach," in fact. It will be your cross to bear if you miss out on this fantastic event.

Bring an old friend, sweet Melissa and any ramblin' men you might know.

The Allman Brothers Band will perform 10 shows beginning Friday, March 9. Tickets go on sale starting Friday, January 6. Prices range from $50 to $150.

The Brothers, headed by band co-founder Greg Allman, have been rocking for 41 years, blending classic blues with new styles, covers ("Freebird" anyone?) and known to bring out surprise acts for their Beacon concerts. Previous guest musicians were Eric Clapton, ZZ Tops' Billy Gibbons, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes and Phil Lesh.
