Central Park West's 'Ugliest' Apartment Finally Sells

After three long and grueling years on the real estate market, the infamous "ugliest apartment at 15 Central Park West" has finally been sold, Curbed reports.
The 2,200 square foot, two-bedroom and two-bathroom unit was finally purchased from owner Amy Kit Ming Mak for $6.5 million, which is a significant loss from the $8.5 million asking price.
The interior décor was given a serious makeover this last year in an attempt to finally sell the property. After bouncing from broker to broker, the apartment was even listed as FSBO for a time.
