New York’s most expensive apartment of the week falls just short of including a private heli-pad in its building amenities, City Room reports.

A $9.02 million penthouse in the Laureate, a new luxury condominium complex on the Upper West Side, topped the list of this week’s most expensive real estate deals.

The anonymous purchasers will enjoy 3,420 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a fitness center, a private lounge, a music room, two playrooms, a solarium, a parking garage, and, yes, a pet spa.

While the poodle gets a mani-pedi, the owners can get in some cardio and maybe a tan and then perhaps stop by the reading room for a brandy, all without leaving the house. Don’t worry, all this can be yours too - all you have to do is make $6 million dollars, the average asking price for a modest pied-a terre at the Laureate.
