Skip the fanfare and relax this Labor Day Weekend with a scenic stroll along the Heather and Alpine Gardens of Fort Tryon Park this Sunday, Sept. 4. The tour, which is free to the public, will be lead by a member of the Fort Tryon Horticulture staff who will have plenty of history, future plans and secrets to share.
The tour is accessible by wheelchair, but please note the park does have many steep paths. For your enjoyment, the walking tour takes place the first Sunday of every month until Dec. 12.
