The historic building at 313-315 W. 125th St. is in the works of getting an overhaul. It’s been a year since the scaffolding came down, but as Harlem Bespoke reports, it looks like headway is finally underway, and let's face it, it was looking a little bit neglected with its chipped paint and worn out windows.
Already, brand new windows and a fresh coat of high gloss paint have replaced the building’s previous facade. The improvements come in part of luring retailers in.
Who knows, maybe a major designer like Ralph Lauren or Marc Jacobs will take over Harlem, like they did Bleecker Street?
