Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is trying yet again to bounce pass his five-bedroom Harlem townhouse.
Overlooking Marcus Garvey Park on West 120th Street, the townhouse is under contract after more than a year on the market, Harlem Bespoke reports.
The asking price started at $3.5 million last spring with Prudential Douglas Elliman, reduced to $3.1 million with a new broker in November, and knocked down again to $2.65 million by Corcoran in May.
The new under contract price is TBA.
The house was originally purchased in 2002 by Dana Point Trust, created for Abdul-Jabbar and totally gutted and renovated in 2006.
