The Schomburg Center presents Malcolm X: A Search for Truth. The exhibit features his handwritten and typed speeches, sermons, radio broadcasts, diary entries and other documents to trace Malcolm X’s journey from Malcolm Little to El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz.
Snuggle up with that special someone over one of cocktails at New Leaf Restaurant and Bar in Fort Tryon Park. Try the vanilla rum toddy which features boiled black tea, honey and lemon improved by vanilla and coffee bean-infused rum, and is served with a classic, clove-spiked lemon slice to add zest.
