Based on Stephen King's classic bestselling novel, the musical production of Carrie is returning for the first time since it's 1988 Broadway run.

The show's original authors have joined director Stafford Arima and the MCC Theater for a newly reworked and fully re-imagined vision of the horror story.

Carrie White is a misfit, bullied at school and invisible to everyone else. At home, her over-bearing mother is cruel to her. But all this mistreatment has given Carrie a very special gift - with extremely dangerous consequences.

Set in modern day, Carrie features music by Academy Award winner Michael Gore and lyrics by Academy Award winner Dean Pitchford. Cast includes Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie as Carrie's mother and Molly Ranson as the vengeful, fragile girl herself.

Carrie runs from February 9 through March 26.
