Le Poisson Rouge is hosting a special family event entitled “Baby got Bach,” which gives children the rare experience to view, listen and even play rare musical instruments that others never get to see and touch anywhere else. The event takes place on Sunday, February 26 at 11 a.m.
Curated by pianist Oril Shaham, the event will feature hands on activities focused on teaching children about different types of instruments as well as allowing them to play several rare instruments such as the French horn, violin and accordion.
In addition, children can enjoy a listening tour of great live chamber music which features Oril and her friends. The program is focused toward children ages 2 to 6 years old, but all ages are welcome.
Tickets are $20 for adults and children and $60 for a family of four.
