Celebrate Asian culture and give to charity at the Lucky Rice Festival, featuring food, drinks and discussions with well-known Asian chefs.
The festival starts on Monday, May 2, with the kickoff dinner at Annisa Restaurant. Owner Anita Lo will host a cocktail hour from 7pm to 8pm followed by a five-course dinner featuring Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, Macau and French-Chinese cuisine. Dishes featured include white tuna tartare, duck rilettes with five-spice and pork tenderloin with manila clams, among many others.
Tickets for the event are $200, and proceeds benefit City Harvest.
