Show some love to the West Village this Saturday, February 12 in an event remembering the recently closed St. Vincent’s Hospital and supporting local shops. Love the Village Shopping Spree and Raffle urges patrons to shop in the triangle area enclosing St. Vincent’s Hospital, down West 14th Street, across Sixth Avenue and up Greenwich Avenue. A minimum of $10 must be spent at three stores, and to participate in the raffle, receipts must be taken to the LGBT Community Center between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The first 100 people to turn in receipts will receive free “I Love The Village” T-shirts, and will receive a raffle ticket for every $10 spent to win prizes from various neighborhood businesses. Don't miss your opportunity to win great prizes from places like Chelsea Piers, Citarella and The Roasting Plant.
