Countdown to W'Burg's 111 Kent Rentals Begins

Williamsburg's 111 Kent Avenue is in the process of magically transforming from condos to rentals, Brownstoner reports.
The building's StreetEasy page mentions a rooftop pool and sundeck, a Zen garden and a "state-of-the-art fitness center and high-tech resident's lounge."
In November, 111 Kent was sold for $43.6 million to the Garrison Investment Group. Prior to that, condo prices ranged from $575,000 to $1.1 million.
