The Box House Hotel down at Greenpoint isn’t your typical hotel considering their designer loft apartments. The short-term rental spaces are big and it’s a pretty sweet deal for Brooklyn visitors, according to Curbed.
At 77 Box Street, this warehouse has their four suites located on the top floor in the market, each with a panoramic view of the Pulaski Bridge. The building also happens to be near the DOT facility, an auto parts store, the superfunded Newton Creek, and a 200-bed homeless shelter.
The price starts at $525 for a 3-night weekend stay, up to $1,500 a week for a 2-bedroom suite. The only problem residents will face is transportation since the only trains are the 7 and G, which is right across from the Pulaski Bridge. You can rent a bike from the hotel for $25 a day or $10 an hour. Or be like most New Yorkers and hail a taxi.
